Affiliate program

Affiliate Program Terms

Effective date: July 29, 2026

These terms govern participation in the Lumora Lens professional affiliate program. They supplement the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By enrolling through Google or email, you accept this version of the terms.

Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate account information, maintain a reachable verified email, and remain responsible for every promotion made through your account, including work performed with an AI-assisted or automated workflow. We may require identity, business, tax, or payout verification before releasing commission.

Commission and qualifying revenue

An active professional affiliate earns 25% of qualifying net subscription revenue for up to the first 12 paid months of an attributed customer. Qualifying net subscription revenue is the amount Lumora Lens actually receives for an eligible recurring subscription after discounts, refunds, credits, disputes, chargebacks, taxes, payment reversals, and excluded or non-subscription charges.

Commission is not earned for one-time services, taxes, refunded or disputed payments, fraudulent transactions, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, prior customers, leads already known to Lumora Lens, or transactions that violate these terms.

Permanent first-qualified attribution

The first eligible affiliate source captured before a new customer's qualifying subscription becomes the permanent first-qualified source for the life of this program. Later affiliate visits do not overwrite that source. Attribution is subject to available records, supported browsers, lawful tracking choices, identity matching, fraud review, and these terms.

Permanent attribution does not create an unlimited commission period. Commission remains limited to the first 12 eligible paid subscription months, and no attribution is created retroactively for an existing customer or lead.

Hold, threshold, and payout review

Commission enters a 30-day hold after the related eligible payment. An available balance becomes eligible for monthly payout review after it reaches $50. Eligibility for review is not a promise of immediate payment. Lumora Lens may review the source transactions, refunds, disputes, identity signals, promotional conduct, Stripe status, and required tax information before approving a payout.

Approved cash payouts are sent through Stripe Connect when the affiliate's payout account is ready. The affiliate must choose an eligible country and complete Stripe onboarding. Bank, identity, and tax details should be submitted only through Stripe. Failed or uncertain transfers may remain under review until their provider status is resolved.

Refunds, disputes, and negative adjustments

Commission related to a refund, credit, dispute, chargeback, fraud finding, or other payment reversal may be reduced, held, or reversed. If commission was already paid, the adjustment may reduce a future balance. Lumora Lens will not initiate an additional payout while a related review or unresolved risk signal blocks it.

Required affiliate disclosure

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose the affiliate relationship close to every recommendation or link where a reasonable person can see it before acting. A suitable disclosure is: “I may earn a commission if you subscribe through this link.” A platform's built-in disclosure tool may be used in addition to this statement, but it does not replace a clear disclosure when the relationship would otherwise be unclear.

Accurate promotion

You may use current Lumora Lens pages, approved brand materials, accurate pricing, and real published examples. You may describe the program and service only in a way that is truthful, supportable, and consistent with the current website. You may not promise or imply guaranteed followers, reach, engagement, leads, appointments, revenue, sales, platform approval, or other business outcomes.

Prohibited activity

  • Self-referrals, duplicate or synthetic identities, fabricated leads, or purchases made mainly to generate commission.
  • Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive redirects, hidden links, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, adware, or misleading incentives.
  • Bidding on Lumora Lens names, domains, misspellings, or trademarks in paid search without written permission.
  • Impersonating Lumora Lens, registering confusing domains or social accounts, or claiming to be an employee or official representative.
  • Publishing unauthorized coupons, discounts, pricing, testimonials, comparisons, or claims.
  • Promotion on unlawful, infringing, hateful, fraudulent, sexually exploitative, or platform-prohibited content.

Monitoring and cooperation

Lumora Lens may review public promotions, traffic patterns, conversion activity, and risk signals to administer the program. You agree to provide reasonable information about a promotion when requested and to correct or remove noncompliant material promptly. A risk signal is not automatically a finding, but it may pause commission or payout review until a person resolves it.

Taxes and expenses

You are responsible for your own taxes, filings, business registrations, advertising costs, and other participation expenses. Lumora Lens or Stripe may request tax information and may issue or deliver applicable reporting forms. Nothing in these terms is tax, accounting, or legal advice.

Suspension, termination, and changes

You may stop participating at any time. Lumora Lens may suspend links, attribution, commission, payouts, or program access for suspected abuse, inaccurate account information, legal or platform risk, noncompliant promotion, or failure to complete required verification. We may terminate participation immediately for fraud, spam, impersonation, or material breach.

We may change program economics or these terms prospectively by publishing an updated effective date and, when appropriate, providing notice through the account email or dashboard. Changes do not create commission on excluded transactions and do not require Lumora Lens to continue offering the program indefinitely.

Relationship and intellectual property

You are an independent participant, not an employee, agent, franchisee, partner, or legal representative of Lumora Lens. You may use approved Lumora Lens names and materials only to make accurate program promotions. No ownership or broader license is transferred.

Records, disputes, and governing terms

Lumora Lens program records and payment-provider records will be used to determine attribution, qualifying revenue, holds, adjustments, and payouts, subject to correction of verified errors. The liability, availability, and other general provisions in the Terms of Service apply to this program. If these Affiliate Program Terms conflict with a general program summary, these terms control.

Contact
