Monthly social media automation FAQ

Clear answers before you start

Lumora is an AI-assisted system that plans and creates content, publishes approved posts on schedule, and sends eligible routine replies inside the rules you choose.

What does Lumora do?

Lumora's AI agents analyze your business, prepare personalized social posts and captions, and publish scheduled content to your connected profiles. Lumora sends only eligible routine replies that match the rules you approve. Uncertain or sensitive items wait for you, and optional content approval is limited to one week at a time.

Do you manage comments or direct messages?

Yes, within plan limits and approved rules. Starter includes up to 15 eligible routine replies each month, Growth includes up to 100 with possible-lead alerts, and Autopilot includes up to 500 plus custom qualification and owner routing. Uncertain or sensitive conversations are always held for you. Disputes, refunds, crisis response, final sales decisions, paid ads, and guaranteed outcomes are excluded.

What does the business analysis include?

We review the information you provide about your website, offers, audience, positioning, locations, brand references, and priorities. That context guides your content themes and campaign ideas.

Can I approve posts before they publish?

Yes. Approval is optional and limited to no more than one week at a time. Turn it on to review the weekly queue before publishing, or let approved rules run the scheduled workflow.

Can I add a promotion or seasonal offer?

Yes. Add the offer, dates, customer action, and any limits or disclaimers you want Lumora to use. Confirmed promotion details can guide the existing content plan, while expired or superseded terms stay out of future publishing until a current revision is confirmed. Promotional work uses your plan allocation and does not create paid advertising.

What happens when my business details change?

When you confirm a change to hours, services, availability, or an offer, Lumora can use it for eligible future work. Published history is not rewritten, and affected upcoming work is rechecked and returned for approval when the change matters.

What will I see each week?

Your dashboard can summarize the work that moved, customer activity, possible opportunities, and the next decisions that need you. Activity, bookings, conversions, and revenue are labeled separately, and Lumora does not guess sales.

What can Lumora do with each connected channel?

Connections use secure OAuth, so you do not send Lumora your social media passwords. Instagram includes business profile details, publishing, comments, direct messages, and insights. Facebook includes Page details, publishing, comments, and insights. Google Business Profile includes locations, updates, reviews, and performance. YouTube includes channel details, uploads, and read-only performance data. Pinterest includes profile details, boards, and Pin publishing. Threads includes profile details, publishing, replies, mentions, and insights. TikTok includes creator details, account statistics, video history, and approved publishing; TikTok comments and direct messages stay manual. LinkedIn includes approved publishing through the connected provider. Lumora enables an action only after that account grants the required permission.

How personalized are the posts?

Every plan uses your real business details, offers, audience, and brand direction. Starter includes 8 static or carousel posts for 2 connected profiles. Growth includes 12 posts with up to 2 simple videos for up to 5 connected profiles, plus routine engagement organization. Autopilot includes 18 posts with up to 4 simple videos for up to 8 connected profiles, plus supervised qualification and handoff support. Self-service plans cover one brand. Enterprise is custom for multiple brands, locations, teams, or integrations.

What counts as one monthly post?

One monthly post is one unique branded post concept with its caption. Adapting and publishing that approved post across selected profiles does not create multiple unique posts. A simple video uses one monthly post slot.

How are simple videos created?

Simple short-form videos use repeatable Remotion compositions with approved business photos or clips, soft fades, branded animated text, readable captions, and optional voiceover. They do not include on-location filming or complex cinematic editing.

How much does it cost?

Starter is $79/mo, Growth is $199/mo, and Autopilot is $399/mo. Annual billing is discounted by two months. Enterprise is custom for multiple brands, locations, teams, or integrations. Each self-service plan adds content volume and publishing support at its listed scope.

How does the $20 Growth Share plan work?

Growth Share is an optional monthly plan for early SaaS teams. It includes 4 static or carousel posts, 1 connected profile, and up to 20 eligible routine replies for $20 per month, plus 3% of verified net-new subscription revenue for up to 6 months per new subscriber. The variable fee is capped at $100 per subscriber and $300 per month. Existing subscribers, taxes, refunds, and chargebacks are excluded.

Why does Growth Share connect to Stripe or Square?

You choose Stripe or Square and approve the connection through that provider's OAuth screen. Lumora uses limited billing access to verify which subscriptions are new, how much eligible revenue was actually paid, and when refunds or chargebacks reduce that amount. Lumora does not use estimates or self-reported sales and cannot change your products, customers, subscriptions, or payouts. Stopping the connection ends new attribution until you reconnect or change plans.

When am I charged and how does cancellation work?

Stripe shows today's total before you confirm. Your paid monthly or annual plan starts after payment succeeds and renews on the schedule shown at checkout. Cancel in your dashboard or contact support before the next renewal.

Do you guarantee leads, sales, or follower growth?

No. Lumora follows approved business facts and rules, but outcomes depend on your offer, audience, market, pricing, follow-up, and many factors outside the publishing service. Uncertain or sensitive decisions stay with you.

Can you create a custom campaign for a launch?

You can add a normal launch, sale, event, or seasonal offer to your plan with the details you confirm. Custom campaign work remains the agency tier for businesses that need a deeper audit, bespoke creative direction, and a coordinated posting plan beyond the standard monthly workflow.

What do I need to get started?

Send your website, business details, offers, audience, brand references, preferred channels, and any dates or priorities. We will follow up with the right plan and next steps.
